Splash led the national publicity campaign for the SG60 Vouchers, driving widespread public awareness and engagement for one of Singapore’s largest community support initiatives. Our work spanned strategic media relations, ground-up community engagement, and clear, empathetic public messaging—ensuring the scheme’s objectives of easing cost-of-living pressures and supporting heartland businesses were communicated effectively.
Through proactive media storytelling and agile issues management, we helped sustain positive public sentiment, resulting in high voucher claim rates and strong merchant participation.
