OneTee began as a simple idea shared during a conversation about what belonging should feel like.
It’s since grown into something real, shaped by people who wanted clothing to be kinder, easier and more thoughtful for every body.
Created with persons with disabilities, caregivers, students, business leaders, neurodivergent persons and community partners, the OneTee carries the belief that unity can start with something as simple as what we choose to wear.

The story behind OneTee
OneTee was born from the belief that design can bring people closer. We consider it the first use case to be borne from the Diversity Dialogue — a physical expression of what it means to be a kinder, more thoughtful and truly inclusive society.
After all, great design should include everyone. And the OneTee exists to make this a reality for every body.
Every purchase also supports a wider purpose. All profits will go to charities that uplift communities and strengthen inclusion across Singapore.

The Making of OneTee
OneTee began with listening — in a room filled with caregivers, designers, persons with disabilities; the neurodivergent, business leaders and everyone in between; over days of honest dialogue and mutual exchange of life experiences...
These stories sparked the first sketches, and guided every design choice along the way.
The OneTee carries this spirit of shared creation. It reflects the honesty, humour, memories and practical needs that came from those early moments of conversation.
The Bigger Picture:
Diversity Dialogues
The Diversity Dialogues are the heart of the OneTee movement. An initiative by Splash Productions, it is a ground up space where people from diverse segments of our society can come together to speak openly about what inclusion means in their lives, and how we can make such inclusion part of daily life.
Ideas shared here often become starting points for new projects and possibilities. Case in point: OneTee is the first of many initiatives that grew from these honest exchanges and the belief that community conversations can shape real change.

First Edition
OneTee
The First Edition is the beginning of the OneTee journey. It is the earliest version of a national shirt created with the people who will wear it. This edition is a foundation. A chance to gather real feedback and refine the final OneTee together as a community.
The First Edition carries insights from people with diverse needs and lived experiences. With five sizes and adaptive features, it represents our shared commitment to clothing that welcomes everyone in. When you pre-order, you become part of the team shaping the final design. Your thoughts will guide improvements, inspire new ideas and help create a final OneTee that truly belongs to all of us.

Every feature on the OneTee began with a real need shared during our co-creation workshop. People talked openly about mobility, sensory comfort, independence and the desire for clothing that simply felt good to wear.
These details exist because someone needed them.

Together, both teams immersed themselves in the stories shared during the co-creation workshop. The insights gathered from persons with disabilities, caregivers, students and creators shaped every part of the OneTee.
This collaboration brings creativity and inclusive fashion together to show that good design can be both beautiful and kind.
