Splash partnered with the People’s Association as the principal marcomms agency for the CDC Vouchers Scheme, undertaking all comms to engage and educate Singaporeans about these vouchers across multiple tranches. Our work covered print, broadcast, animation, out-of-home, public relations and social media strategy, with a focus on easy-to-understand comms that can appeal to and rally all Singaporeans. The multi-year campaign has since generated over $2 million in PR value alone, and was recognised at the 2022 Marketing Excellence Awards for Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility.
